The two lengths are not interchangeable. Check the cartridge length, outside diameter, centre opening and housing requirements before ordering.<\/p>\n<h3>Installation and Care<\/h3>\n<p>Shut off the water supply and release pressure before opening the housing. Remove the old cartridge, clean the housing and inspect the sealing ring for damage or displacement. Install the replacement according to the system instructions, restore the water supply slowly, flush before use and check for leaks. Always follow the pressure limit of the housing and complete system.<\/p>\n<h3>When to Replace<\/h3>\n<p>Replace every 3\u20136 months, or sooner if water flow drops or the cartridge becomes heavily loaded with sediment.
