75G Reverse-Osmosis Membrane for Compatible Home Systems

The FLT-RO-ME75 is a VONTRON ULP1812-75 reverse-osmosis membrane for compatible household RO water purifiers. The spiral-wound membrane provides the RO separation stage, helping reduce dissolved salts in the feed water.

Rated Output and Salt Rejection

The membrane is rated at 75 US gallons per day, approximately 284 L/day or 11.8 L/h, under the stated test conditions. Stabilised salt rejection is 97.5%, with a minimum of 96.0%. These figures describe membrane test performance; actual water production and rejection depend on feed-water quality, pressure, temperature and system setup.

Test conditions: 4.1 bar (60 psi), 25 °C, 250 ppm NaCl solution, pH 6.5–8.5 and 15% recovery. The test pressure is a performance reference, not an operating-pressure recommendation for every RO system.

Check Compatibility Before Ordering

Check the 1812 membrane housing, overall dimensions, end connections and sealing arrangement against your existing membrane. The system pump and flow restrictor must suit a 75G membrane. A matching nominal size alone does not guarantee compatibility.

Use the membrane within a complete RO system with appropriate pretreatment. Compatible carbon pre-filtration and sediment filtration help prepare the feed water according to the system requirements.

Installation and Startup

Isolate the water supply and power, then depressurise the system before opening the membrane housing. Remove the packaging immediately before installation, seat the membrane and seals correctly, and check the housing and connections for leaks when restarting.

Follow the RO system instructions for startup flushing. The supplied membrane guidance states that product water from the first hour of initial operation should be discarded. Complete the required flushing before collecting water for use.

Replacement and Service Support

Monitor treated-water quality and production rate as part of routine system maintenance. Replacement needs depend on feed-water quality, pretreatment and usage; a fixed replacement interval has not been specified for this model.
