Whole-House PVDF Ultrafiltration

The INV-WH-UF1500 is a compact stainless-steel water filtration system designed for whole-house use where the required flow is within its rated 1500 L/h capacity. Its PVDF ultrafiltration membrane helps retain suspended particles, sediment and rust while allowing water and dissolved minerals to pass through.

Practical Filtration Features

• PVDF membrane: A washable ultrafiltration element with a stated nominal filtration rating of 0.01 micron.
• 304 stainless-steel housing: A durable enclosure with a clamp closure for service access.
• Rated 1500 L/h flow: Equivalent to 25 L/min. Actual output depends on inlet pressure, water quality and membrane condition.
• Flushable design: A drain connection allows accumulated impurities to be discharged during routine flushing.
• No electricity required: Operates using suitable inlet-water pressure.

Installation Guidance

Have the system sized and installed for the property’s water demand. Provide secure mounting, isolation valves, access for servicing and a suitable drain for flushing. Operate within the confirmed 1–4 bar pressure range. Sediment pre-filtration may be needed for water with a high particle load.

Municipal tap water is the preferred starting point for system assessment. Borehole, well, river or other untreated sources require water testing and a treatment plan before selecting this system.

Cleaning and Replacement

Flush according to the supplied operating instructions and incoming water conditions. Isolate and depressurise the housing before opening the clamp or removing the membrane. Clean only using methods approved for the supplied PVDF element. Replace the element if damaged or if cleaning no longer restores satisfactory performance; no fixed replacement interval is confirmed.

Water-Treatment Scope

Ultrafiltration targets suspended matter. This system is not specified for water softening, dissolved-salt or TDS reduction, or chlorine removal. Drinking-water suitability depends on the source water, membrane integrity and the complete treatment system.
